Book an Initial Consultation 
 

This involves a deep dive into your medical history, current health, lifestyle and analysis of a 3 day food diary.

I will then put together a unique, personalised plan for you involving diet, lifestyle and when needed supplement and functional testing recommendations. 

A few days after the consultation we will come together again to talk over my ideas, working together to finalise a plan that works for your reality.

Book a Follow Up Consultation

 

6-8 weeks after an initial consultation we may decide it would be beneficial for you to come back and check in with your progress and start working on the next stage of your wellness journey. This would be an opportunity for us to discuss what worked well with your plan, what has been more difficult and any changes or new symptoms or areas you'd like to work on.

Like with the initial consultation, this would be followed by a short chat within a few days of the consultation where I can explain to you my ideas and we can work together to create a plan that is going to work for you.

This includes:

-A total of 2 hours 30 minutes with me 1-2-1:

-1 Initial Consultation of 1 hour 30 minutes

-2 Follow up consultations, at intervals of 6 weeks, each lasting 30 minutes
